JUST IN: Kentucky State Board of Elections now shows that Republicans have passed Democrats in voter registration for the first time. Democrats absolutely dominated registration for a century but Republicans made incredible gains in last 3 decades, coming to a head today.

I think Rand and the Tea Party played a major role in this.
"Not your fathers Democrat Party".
are they RINO mitch mcconnell republicans or real ones?
Will McConnell approve this message +
More like Rand Paul / Thomas Massie
McConnell is a relic. He will be gone sooner or later
For a century? Were there really more Republicans at one time?
OK. but the counters for ballot boxes are all Dems, right?
Kudos to Judicial Watch for forcing them to clean up their voter registrations.
Here is a map link of the 2020 Presidential Election results by county by % Voter Share, which has nothing to do with party registration but how people actually voted.
Kentucky only had 2 counties out of 120 that were Blue, but that’s where the big cities of Louisville and Lexington are located. Many states are adversely affected in this manner when it comes to Politics.
Blue=D and Red=R

Mitch McConnell played 0 role.
Agree
What nice news, a step in the right direction.
You mean liebertarians...
Now they just need to get rid of that McConnell character.
Progress. Can’t wait to see the impact in the elections.
RE: Kentucky has officially flipped from Democrat to Republican
I’m not getting it. I thought Kentucky was always a red state. She voted for Bush Jr Twice, John McCain in 2008, Romney in 2012 and Trump in 2016 and 2020.
Both their senators, Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul are Republicans. How did Kentucky need to flip? She’s been Republican for at least 2 decades.
Better be by 20 points. Dems can cheat at least that much
Unfortunately many of their politicians say that they are Republicans, but they govern like Democrats. Same problem in Kansas.
“For a century? Were there really more Republicans at one time?”
I doubt it.
Kentucky has leaned democrat since the civil war. However, it was a “different kind” of democrat than the kooks & crazies operating today.
At one time they were a bellwether state in voting for the the winner of Presidential Elections.(1964-2004)
That status changed in 2008 when Kentuckians rejected the Mulatto Messiah, which showed they had common sense in that election.
Actually, you are right. I don’t even remember where I picked that term up from, I can’t remember one lying..
It’s just that a true Libertarian’s values are caught between following beliefs from the left on 1 hand, and beliefs from the right on the other.
Between those beliefs, none are acceptable being together by either side (well, RINOs may accept them).
