eat good fats- especially butter and coconut oil.
do not use commercial vegetable oils
Meat and eggs and fruits and veggies and cheeses. NOTHING ELSE
Do this religiously (no WHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) for one month and you’ll be amazed at the results.
Also jello- if you are starting to get joint pain.
I sear my steaks in Wagyu tallow. Now THAT'S a good fat.
