I was just thinking that somewhere there is a team of master project managers with a timeline of documented dates on spreadsheets for disruptive events that they will play out before the midterms.

I was a project manager when I retired eight years ago.   I was not very good at it because my heart was not in it, but I was a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute and had a ITIL® V3 certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) originally developed by the UK Government.
