Donald Trump’s legal team demolished the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) media spin that denied having the former president’s passports in their possession following the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago last week.
On Monday, former President Trump claimed on his social media site TruthSocial that the FBI “stole” his passports during the raid that shook the political world last week.
“In the raid by the FBI of Mar-a-Lago, they stole my three Passports (one expired), along with everything else,” he said. “This is an assault on a political opponent at a level never seen before in our Country. Third World!”
As Breitbart News noted, the passports were “not independently itemized on the FBI’s property receipt of the 28 inventory items federal agents seized.”

Sadly, with this crew, it drives them even more insane and likely to do something more egregious and insane than the first, second, third and fourth things they've tried.
Their desperation to get rid of this man and us, is driving them crazy.
I haven't been terrifically impressed with PDJT's hiring decisions, to be honest.
There is no reform that will restore my trust in the FBI. The FBI needs to be shuttered.
When this first started..I had been told that the FBI had “stolen” some valuables.

“Drops” can mean several things. In this instance it can mean he has dismissed the issue, or he is going ahead. The writer needs to learn that as it is not clear.
I very pleased that Trump is broadcasting the mounting crimes this agency has committed toward him. This is no time to suffer in silence. GWB would have ‘turned the other cheek’.
He should have already had his Presidential Library being built, with all papers within that purview.
This is what disturbs me the most about Trump, he just doesn’t want to play the game even when it is the way out of this particular predicament.
Imagine the news cycle, and the FBI raids the Presidential Library. With that happening, ALL Presidential libraries would be up for “the game”.
With all that experience he has had with the shenanigans of the “Brotherhood of the Bell”, or “Satanic Circle”, why not use his intellect and connections to run circles around them?
THEY are the ones running circles around him, and they are carrying “the ropes” to hang him with, if at all possible.

Why did they steal his passport? Who ordered or authorized that? Who will hold them accountable?
I heard that Melania's jewelry box was missing after the raid? Supposedly the contents were worth a fortune. Does the FBI also not have that today? This FBI cannot be trusted and needs to be shut down...

Out of all the search warrants executed, you would figure that the ground breaking 1st ever one issued on a living president would of had a little more decorum and strict adherence to procedure. Admitted theft of “evidence” and unsupervised agents rifling thru thru Melania’s things!!?!
Did you really think it would all go unnoticed? How did you not see that this would make a martyr of Trump and seal his election win in 2024.
The FBI is out of control. Time so scuttle that one.
I dont care if a bobby pin comes up missing. If I were the Donald I would get up on, national media, and tell them you have so much time to return that GD bobby pin or we are coming after you.
