BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. - A Florida man unknowingly picked up a slithery hitchhiker on his way home from work.
David Harrison says he was driving home when he found the snake on his windshield – but this isn't the first time something like this has happened.
About a week ago he says he found a chicken on the hood of his truck. While Harrison says he's seen his fair share of wild animals, he says the snake takes the cake!

Being Florida and all, I’m expecting people to find full grown gators on their windshields.
And he happened to have a flute on his car seat on the way home from his music lesson and he charmed the snake into a drowsy stupor using ancient Indian tones related to “sat chid ananda.”
About 10 years ago my sister drove from Montana to Oregon after visiting and camping.
When she got near her home, she heard a noise under the driver’s seat.
She pulled over and a good Samaritan stopped to help.
He opened the driver’s door and a 5-foot diamond back slithered out of the car.
She figured it was in there since camping in Montana.
What a BEAUTIFUL Corn Snake. Had it been on my windshield it would have found a new forever home with my others.
Nope, it’s a windshield viper.
LOL!
I actually drank some of that right after I got down here last November.
New artwork for a decent beer. Wonder how long it will be before we see these cans up our way.

Yep, IPAs are the new thing. Seems like there can’t be enough of them.
I’m not a beer drinker, but my husband is.
I prefer rum. Right now I’m drinking Flor de Cana 12 year because it tastes almost as good as Zacapa 23 and costs a bit less, plus it’s easier for me to find. Ok, sometimes. Supply chain issues I think.
“Nope, it’s a windshield viper.”
LOL, that was great!
Here, related to that-——

High-end rum . . . classy, yet traditional . Perfect for FR. I suggested rum (NOT Bourbon) to my wife for her pecan pie recipe. It made a great pie perfect. (I settled for Puerto Rican Bacardi).
Hmmmm, now you me got me thinking! I bet a nice rum in pecan pie would be VERY tasty! My husband will thank you, I’m sure!
P.S. if your wife would ever feel like sharing her pecan pie recipe (you’ve said it’s perfect!) please consider posting it publicly or via FReepmail. I’m always up for trying a new one. Hers may be just the one I’m looking for!
I think a traffic ticket is in this guy’s future...
Passenger riding without a seatbelt...
They chanced the artwork before I got a hold of it. Florida Man cans now have a light-blue-and-white theme, but the artwork is still good.
