O.J. Simpson slaughtered his ex-wife and her friend -- so says a civil jury that awarded the victims' families $33 million -- but you wouldn't know it by the reception he received 13 miles from the murder site, because fans were beyond stoked to rub elbows with him.
O.J. returned to L.A. -- as far as we can tell for the first time in years -- to watch the Bills trounce the Rams at SoFi Stadium.
Simpson was like a rock star outside the stadium ... with fans flocking to him for a precious selfie. They could not mask their excitement, screaming his name, hugging and fist-bumping him ... they just couldn't contain their glee.
True enough, O.J. was found not guilty of murder, but the civil jury ruled he did indeed kill Ron and Nicole -- who was almost decapitated by the knife -- and left her dead on the front doorstep. If it weren't for a curious pedestrian, his children would have found the body.
The killings have never gotten in the way of street adulation for Simpson ... people in Miami, Vegas and now clearly L.A. are all about getting that selfie and scoring an autograph.

I was hoping the Bills would have made the Super Bowl last year, so the elephant in NBC’s room would have showed up for the party.
I told my wife that “OJ’s got to be there” when the pregame came on.
The guy taking the selfie has another man on his shirt. I guess his life is so meaningless that he needs to live it through others.

I vividly remember the Not Guilty verdict in the criminal trial
80% of the people I was with wanted to know and were like ok, glad he didn’t do it, but the other 20% jumped out of their chairs and made fists while shouting for joy.
Well, he is a black man who murdered a white woman and white man.
It’s pitiful when your life is so useless and empty that all you have are “selfies.”
Yup. That’s exactly the problem.

Edison invented the electric light bulb, and Edward Jenner invented vaccines. Charles Townes invented the laser, and Steve Jobs invented the iPhone and the iPad.
And then there's O.J., another great pioneer of history.
Perhaps his biggest side effect was bringing Kardashians to the public eye, LOL.
OJ Simpson had a lot of relatives in San Francisco, including a sister who worked where one of my family members did...and OJ’s sister stole things left, right and center from the company, ranging from the usual stationery and cleaning products to the large wall clock in the employee break room that she walked out the door with past the security guard, who just smiled.
She said to her co-workers, I’m OJ’s sister, nobody’s going to do a thing to me.
And nobody did.
And yes, I heard people cheer when he was found not guilty, even though everybody knew he was guilty as all get out.
I don’t know if being a sports star trumps being a killer, or if it was his color, or what. But the whole situation was bizarre because everybody knew he’d done it, and he himself even (vaguely) admitted it in a book a few years ago.
Just another demonstration of how Social Media has wrought moral decay on society.
How ironic it would have been had he driven to the game in a white Ford Bronco.
He’s waiting for the electric version in 2024.
