Considering the have a tranny as United States Assistant Secretary for Health (”Rachel” Leland), who clearly has mental health issues, this may not be satire.
And yet there are "doctors" here today who are willing to do the same things to people that Nazi "doctors" were hanged for after the war.

It is astonishing. The lines have been blurred so much that there are people who are ostensibly physicians, but are willing to perform procedures for money regardless of the ethics or health ramifications to the subjects.
And not just these sex change procedures. Some of the “cosmetic” things fall into that category.
If you are willing to do something for money, doing for ideology is right on that same path, right before or right after money.

I know this is the BB, but I believe there is truth to the direct relationship between government meddling in healthcare and the increase of deliberate or negligent deaths due to “healthcare”. I have not seen statistics to bear this out but I believe it to be true for a number of reasons.
1) Federal involvement in healthcare is unconstitutional. The fact that federal involvement in healthcare is illegal should be a warning sign.
2) The Constitution being the CREATOR of the federal government and the ONLY source of legitimate federal power, the main constitutional purpose for the federal government is the threat of death or harm to foreign nations that would try to attack America.
3) The truth is the nature of man’s government is force, coercion, and death. Our Free Constitutional Republic is unique in that it recognized this from the beginning and thus put a heavy constitutional chain on the feds severely limiting their legitimate acts and power. Since around 1900, the Left has relentlessly weakened the constitutional chain on the feds.
4) Prior to the 1960’s and 1970’s, before the federal government unconstitutionally got involved in healthcare, the Hippocratic Oath was taken seriously to never harm, only to heal. Since the feds have illegally taken a hand, the Hippocratic Oath has become somewhat meaningless like the meaninglessness of federals officials’ oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution.

Josef Mengele is an angel next to Fauci. Fauci has caused the death of millions. He has experimented on billions. He has used his office to stop do-gooders. And to promote those who would lower the population of the world. Fauci is in a class that Stalin, Mao and Hitler alone inhabit. Its a place in the far sub-basement of hell. And soon Fauci will need a room. He’s 81, how long could he last.
“Island of Beautiful Women.” One of the girls becomes a leader of sorts and consults “Sister” whenever a question comes up.
At the end of the movie, it turns out that “Sister” was a nun who died many years previously but the decomposed body was still in the crashed plane.
Mengele could assist with late term abortions, too.
