#1 Paradiso in Barcelona Spain.
Barcelona is one of the premier world’s largest tourist traps. Only thing worth traveling there for is the Sagrada Familia.
I’m not seeing any of the ones I worked in.
These places all look sterile and gimmicky.
A couple of weak entries from London? I’d rather find the kind of place where I might find Mr. Pickwick, Andy Capp or Bertie Wooster.
Also, I find it weird that Dubai has so many entries.
I prefer the local dive bars. Good people.
AJ’s Destin, FL. Wall to Wall Trump crowd. Decent food, too.
I don’t drink.
But, they left out, “Shooters” in Rifle, Colorado.
This list sucks. The FloraBama isn’t even on it.
The Tower Pub near the Piazza Navonna in Rome - #1 in my book. The young Roman women in there - OMG
It is a list of fru fru overpriced drinking establishments.
For fun bars, the FloraBama is a definite as well as the Dixie Chicken in College Station.
Mullet Toss is a fun event.
I have a buddy I worked with for years. We spent some of our time in Chicago on business. His brother lived there and seemed to be someone who lived for clubs and bars. Unmarried, very good income from his own business, lived in a downtown hotel owned by a “pal.” Sometimes when we were in Chicago we would go out clubbing and bar hopping with this brother in his latest 85K vehicle.
He knew the maitre de, the doormen, the security at every spot we went. We never stood in line. Some places we didn’t even pay a tab, it would simply be noted as his. We were always introduced to dozens of women who upon departure would blow kisses in the air.
Non-stop party from 5:30 dinner til 2:00 if we wouldn’t insist to go back to our hotel (which was sometimes places like the House of Blues.)
Missing from the list: the Sail and Anchor in Fremantle, Western Australia.
I would add the Delerium Tremens in Brussels..
Oh, it is not! The Gaudi is not to be missed, the outdoor markets, the Spanish Grand Prix, the women, the art fairs, the women, the street statues, the women. - Barcelona is a great place to visit.
Redneck bars suck
If not, this list is as useless.
