Police in Stockton, Calif., say a suspect has been arrested in a series of killings that rattled nearby communities.
Wesley Brownlee, 43, was taken into custody early Saturday, Stockton Police Department Chief Stanley McFadden said at a news conference. Charges were pending.
"Our surveillance team followed this person while he was driving," he said. "He was on a mission to kill. He was out hunting."

Dead eyes windows to a dead soul.
Can’t be. Serial killers are only whities....
“Four of the men were Hispanic” leads one to believe he was deliberately killing Hispanics but from another article on the same guy one of the victims was a Natasha LaTour, hardly a Hispanic name.
I think there are just so many Hispanics in Stockton, California that is the likely victim when he shoots.

Reasonable deduction, Stockton is as old as the Spanish colonization of California, although not named for a Spaniard.
Now watch this story disappear because it did not fit the "narrative".
Yep. Just like the serial killer of Muslims in New Mexico, I think it was... Sleepy Joe and Kamel spoke out about how horribly racist it was Muslims were being murdered....and authorities arrested....another Muslim.
And the media forgot all about it.
Just to be fair....
US Dept. of Justice, Office of Justice Programs statistic:
82 percent of American serial killers were white, 15 percent were black, and 2.5 percent were Hispanic.
So he is a “minority” among serial killers. All racial jokes aside.
San Joaquin County court files shows that Brownlee was involved in at least four cases. Brownlee was involved in a DUI in 2009.
Online records from the San Joaquin Court were not available for the Stockton-area case.
Brownlee was involved in a felony case in 2017.
Online records from the San Joaquin Court were not available for the Stockton-area case.

Thanks, Frank.
