Jinx weight suits his large body. Unfortunately, he’s a bully. Tessa is only 8 pounds but doesn’t take his crap. She backs him up and makes him scream, lol. We call her “the little panther” as she’s also black.
I know. But a pet peeve.
My siamese was Michael Piewacket. My brother let him out and when he left, he ran over him. I was angry for a long time.

Yep, training is work. I’m working on a new puppy now. If you have any advice please feel welcome to share, she’s not a hunting dog, just a home lapdog. She probably recognizes a dozen words now. Now it’s time to get serious about commands.
It was an accident. He liked Michael but Michael trusted cars in the driveway and my brother didn’t see him. I was 8 months pregnant and emotional. You can imagine the scene when he carried Michael back inside.

I have a family member who is a total piece of crap as a person, but he’s one of the best hunting dog trainers in the world. Once he trains a dog, it sells for like $9000.
Yep, training dogs or horses etc, it’s marketable for sure.
Look at what Cesar Millan has done for himself.
My daughter named our dog Alyosha from The Brothers Karamazov. I called him Ally for short.
My deceased tabby was named Phil McCracken. 🤣
We had a female cat named Howard. When he was a kitten, I looked at the bottom of his feet and he looked male, so I named him Howard. He turned out to be a girl.
I lean towards Frank and Bill.
Our current two indoor/outdoor cats are named ‘Boyd’ and ‘Ava’ from ‘Justified.’ ;)
Our Beagle is, ‘Chief’ as he’s in charge of training the puppies to track (anything; rabbits, cats, grasshoppers) when our hunting dogs are young. They all have Native American Tribe names. (Treeing Walker Coon Hounds and Plott Hounds)
Lakota, Fox, Ho-Chunk, Shasta, Seneca, Bella Coola, Yakama, Paiute (she goes by ‘Pie’), Fremont, Osage, Crow, Blackfoot...to name a few through the years.
Well, we’re kindred spirits. I just ordered something from Fine Art America this morning.

Just got 2 Aussies and they are named Darla and Daisy!
