You are right the reference is CNN March 2020, and when I looked at the link it referred to VP Pence, and Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
Nevertheless, the advice I gave is still good advice, and there are new cases, and people dying now, and with this link you can see if it gets worse as winter comes upon us.
Not really. I’m in Texas too and a lot of businesses locked down here. Greg Abbott wasn’t much help with his stupid mask mandates.

they cared not a lick about the kids not going to school, nor the dying elderly dying alone without family, nor the many businesses that had to close and go banckrupt, and many workers who decided to NOT work after getting the $600 unemployment checks,and throw in the stimulus....
and for what?...a lab test that even the creator said wasn't for diagnosis, an exp vaxx with God only knows what's in it but millions have had adverse affects and or course, so many people getting covid AFTER the vaxx..

Actually Trump got the ball rolling with the declaration of a national emergency and kissing the ring of Fauci, with 15 days to flatten the curve. Without that startling point, the governors would not have had cover to shutdown.
And Trump even complained when Kemp was the first Governor to reopen a major state. Some of us don’t forget these things.
How Trump turned his presidency over to the Deep State and couldn’t wait to sign that inflation fueling CARES act that paid unemployed people $52,000 per year annualized.
