If I could get a prescription and my insurance would pay for it, I would give it a go. Walking by the meat counter is enough to give you a heart attack!

Considering regular commercial grain fed beef doesn’t have the best nutrient profile for this and grass fed is optimal that really changes the price equation

If I were to do meat only it would require about 3lbs a day and 4 on some

Mix of half grass fed hamburger and half steak or roast would put my cost at about 40-60$ a day
