I’m not buying this crap. This story is being “sanitized”.
Paul got bonked by his date when the guy figured out he was being framed for breaking and entering.
To me, it’s odd that Nancy is so non-progressive as to feel the need to hide what happened.
A booty call gone bad.
But yes, I wholeheartedly agree with you, the story is definitely being sanitized.
