Prince Andrew's sex abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre could return to the public eye next month as her gagging clause is lifted.
Ms Giuffre, who now lives in Australia, had alleged that she was forced to have sex with the Duke three times when she was 17 under the orders of the late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
She launched her legal action against Andrew in August 2021, seeking unspecified damages for battery, including rape, and the infliction of emotional distress.
It was settled outside of court on February 15, 2022, for a reported £12 million, with £2 million thought to have been donated to her sex trafficking charity. The Duke did not admit wrongdoing and has consistently and vehemently denied the claims.
Here is the full text of the statement regarding the out of court settlement reached between the Duke of York and Virginia Giuffre. The statement was included in a letter submitted to US judge Lewis A Kaplan:
'Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew have reached an out of court settlement. The parties will file a stipulated dismissal upon Ms Giuffre's receipt of the settlement (the sum of which is not being disclosed). Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms Giuffre's charity in support of victims' rights.
'Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre's character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks. It is known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years.
'Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others. He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking,...'

Not that I’m defending a scumbag like Epstein, but how exactly was she forced? Sounds like to me that she willingly prostituted herself to have money and access to that lifestyle. They pretend like she’s some innocent little victim when in reality she’s just white trash.

Goodness gracious...I feel for any parent who has had to deal with this. Prince Harry could very well kill himself with this nonsense. I am sure King Charles and family are worried about that very thing.

And, every woman who accused him of a criminal act was also suing him for damages.

And the burning question that people are waking up to is did Markle use a surrogate..and if she did...did the Monarchy know because anyone born of a surrogate cannot be in the line of succession.
Give her some credit. Financially she may be the most successful ever at her profession. And she also escaped prosecution for assisting Epstein with his illegal activities with other younger women. The Feds had Ghislaine Maxwell in their sites, and that was enough for them.

This! When I was her age, I was hauling hay in Texas in July and stacking it in the barn for 25 cents a bale. Not lazing on a private beach, working on my tan, hooking up with royalty and the jet set. In that one famous photo of her with Andrew she is grinning like it’s the happiest day of her life. No sunburn, no itchy hay dust.
Plenty of 17 year olds have served in the US Military. And then there is David Farragut. Farragut was 11 years old when, during the War of 1812, he was given the assignment to bring a ship captured by the Essex safely to port. He was wounded and captured while serving on the Essex during the engagement at Valparaíso Bay, Chile, against the British on March 28, 1814.

Exactly, there was never anything in her demeaner to suggest that she was under duress. She was a willing participant and is now trying to make bank pretending she was forced into all of this against her will.
