It certainly would not be hard to see how psyllium could help you, if you are dealing with these conditions.

This high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to immediately implement for your benefit.

With the colon hobbled by any of the diseases mentioned, I can certainly see why it would help pass the fecal matter.

With so many people affected by these diseases, one wonders why science hasn’t been able to come up with a cure or at least a medicine that would force it back into remission.

I’m surprise low dose steroids isn’t used more often than it is to give the patient longer lasting relief. I bet most patients would prefer it along with any side effects to the obvious pain, symptoms, and general discomfort of any of the IBD diseases that make them a prisoner in their homes.

Psyllium fiber works wonders. Makes me feel 30 years younger when I sit on the porcelain furniture.

I buy Metamucil in cinnamon snack treats. While I can’t vouch for its benefits as a fiber,it’s nice to have when needing a snack.

We use psyillium husk as an ingredient in making low carb flat bread, but I had no idea of its other benefits.
