>>>Are we our brother’s keeper?

When Cain asked God this question, God didn’t answer it. He considered the question a deflection from the fact that Cain killed his brother.

Of course, the idea of being one’s brother’s keeper is ridiculous, unless you consider your brother to be a domesticated animal.

Chinese PLA leaders have been threatening to nuke us for at least more than two decades.

Is this the same China the free traitors sent our manufacturing, technology, high paying jobs, and consumer dollars to?

Putin/Russia is in this for broke. It’s simply a matter of self-preservation. I feel for the Ukrainian people but I feel for my grandchildren infinitely more. It’s not worth risking a nuclear war. Besides Russia’s population is shrinking, they don’t need to conqueror more land. They are invading Ukraine for geopolitical reasons. (rightly or wrongly). Here is the effect of an 800KT weapon on Fresno Ca—-a town with some connection to FR I think. They have hundreds of these on ICBMs. Imagine if only 5 got through to each state. 1. The U.S. is long past the point where it has any business calling anyone else “evil.”

2. I can’t imagine why anyone on this site would hitch his wagon to a foreign/military policy that has the support of Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Lindsey Graham and Mitt Romney. Just the names themselves are repulsive enough to turn any principled American conservative off.

The usual suspects should be a clue as to which is the least right and most wrong side.

That has been my view of this from the start. The real threat to Russia is in the East and South. What must the riches of Siberia look like to Beijing? And what does Russia's vaunted military prowess seem after a year of blood and treasure wasted in a cesspool of vodka and incompetence.

Not speaking in favor of the kleptocrats in Kyev (or Washington). Everybody is guilty of weakening themselves as China sits and watches.

Axis of evil?
BRICS is an acronym for five leading emerging economies: Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. The first four were initially grouped as “BRIC” (or “the BRICs”) in 2001 by Goldman Sachs economist Jim O’Neill, who coined the term to describe fast-growing economies that would collectively dominate the global economy by 2050;[1] South Africa was added in 2010.[2]

The BRICS have a combined area of 39,746,220 km2 (15,346,100 sq mi) and an estimated total population of about 3.21 billion,[3] or about 26.7% of the world’s land surface and 41.5% of the global population. Brazil, Russia, India, and China are among the world’s ten largest countries by population, area, and GDP, and the latter three are widely considered to be current or emerging superpowers. All five states are members of the G20, with a combined nominal GDP of US$26.6 trillion (about 26.2% of the gross world product), a total GDP (PPP) of around US$51.99 trillion (32.1% of global GDP PPP), and an estimated US$4.46 trillion in combined foreign reserves (as of 2018).[4][5]
****
Concerning a BRICS expansion, Lavrov stated that Algeria, Argentina, and Iran had all applied, while it is already known that Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Egypt and Afghanistan are interested, along with Indonesia, which is expected to make a formal application to join at the upcoming G20 summit in Bali.

Other likely contenders for membership include Kazakhstan, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Senegal, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. All had their Finance Ministers present at the BRICS Expansion dialogue meeting held in May.

I always get a kick out of the neolibcons acting like every other country is on the march and started it first. They always omit the fact that they send people like Nuland and Powers to agitate and and light the flames which cause the reactions we get. All of those countries know what they are doing and those actions by America’s real enemies, the ones in DC, endanger all of us by creating foreign enemies.

The neolibcons are treacherous and treasonous slime who care nothing for human life. They wrap their evil in a flag while screeching “democracy” as they accumulate more wealth and power off the blood of those forced to fight their wars.(like the Uke people)

I despise them.

When I was young, I was a rough and tuff farm kid. When dealing with 1500 pound cows or horses you learn that your attitude has a lot to do with it. If you are a wimp, they know it and will take advantage of you.

Thus when dealing with a bull and testosterone poisoning, even when authority and respect is established early, they can still be a problem.

I look at how Wilson, a Democrat kept us out of WWI until it was so big that it became a world war. The same is true of FDR and WWII. Their weak diplomacy of appeasement facilitated the enemy to become empowered to put up a big fight. Had they punched Hitler in the nose hard early when his plans for world domination were evident, it could have saved us from a major war.

I view Putin as that same bully. China is even more dangerous as they have the plans for world domination, but do it using the art of war techniques that are less obvious. They will try to be your friend and then stab you in the back.

Thus I set back as an armchair quarterback and read history to try and understand the current world situation. I guarantee that China will betray their neighbor Russia after making a treaty, just as Hitler did. China wants to take back Manchuria that Russia got from them in the 1800’s.

Currently, I see no way around WWIII other than China imposing a false peace in exchange for them imposing a communist type control on all parties involved.

I give it to God. I’m old, lived my life and am happy no matter what, even if I die. Whatever happens is fine with me. I treat the world situation as a puzzle to solve and understand rather than a competitive game to win.
