The story is that after promising to not take any money as payment, Bannon supposedly told him it wasn’t a problem to pay himself a salary from the non-profit. Kolflage had already made millions on his own in the market.
The original number - like 3 years ago - was $125K. Now they say it’s $350K. Think the prosecutors are fluffing it all up with in-kind equivalences, but have not read the whole thing.
Regardless, no one complained in the first place. When I originally donated I assumed his assertion had holes in it anyway - an artful statement. AND I thought he SHOULD pay himself out of the non-profit, since he thought it up and did it. So I couldnt have cared less that he started paying himself. They hired a contractor and started doing it, as advertised. All I cared about.
But he was charged because obviously the Open Borders Ratz wanted the Wall to STOP. So they pushed for investigation, not anyone who actually contributed.
And now we have the most injured AF veteran of Iraq being charged by a third world thug prosecutor in New York...because some of the contributors were in NY, so he claimed jurisdiction...and prosecuted everyone he could. A man who would never take up arms for the US and has nothing but contempt for those who do. And after conviction, Kolflage gets sentenced by a woman named Torres, who is undoubtedly hostile to anyone who wants to stop the Invasion from the South. Mi Raza, you know?
If a Rat pulled this - and they do all the time - it woulda been a little negotiated civil fine. It hinges ENTIRELY on the one statement about him not taking anything, so CONSUMER FRAUD! Screams Braggart. In NY? That’s comical. The entire place is crawling with consumer fraudsters.
It’s ridiculous. The only reason they did this was to shut down anyone who might get an idea that they can help stop the Invasion.
We have a very generous legal immigration policy. We have a right and responsibility to know who is coming to America. The Left always thinks it’s cute to attack border security hawks by waving banners of Ellis Island, colonialism and racism to silence debate. They don’t care about addicts, they don’t care about cartel violence, they don’t care about sex slavery and sweat shops. They only care about having a permanent underclass to exploit for political power.
No real American cares where you come from but they do care if you are here through the proper legal process. “No one is above the law,” they cry, except those classes of people the Left quietly makes above the law through inaction.
If you think about it the endless agitation of black and white racial tension is worse than the yellow menace propaganda tropes used in WW2. At least the Japanese were enemies at war with us. Americans are not enemies but it’s too profitable for some to not pit groups against each other and to make them feel dehumanized, sabotaged and disrespected. If we came together as Americans what would rabble rousers and “civil rights activists” do for power, money and fame? What would politicians do if they actually solved problems?
I would love to see the day where the grifters are called out on their nonsense and their lies and divisive ways join the ash heap of history. They need to be held accountable, deplatformed and demonitized for sowing discord rather than bending toward civility, liberty, self reliance, independence and justice.
Early on the prosecutor requested a list of donor$ from ‘We Build the Wall.’ Initially it was refused. Not sure of exact status now. Prosecutor claimed he needed the list for “refunds.” I think perhaps Democrats needed a ready made shit-list...
Look at the fake charges against Trump. Anyone who isn’t a billionaire would have a hard time staying out of jail when you get the leftists in power after you.
I don’t know if he’s innocent or guilty. The DOJ and ‘justice’ system is corrupt and has been litigating against Trump for 6 years or so - this guy just MIGHT be innocent.
Great description of the illegal immigration problem. I was told that there is a house owned by the cartel in my very city. Also, more people are dying in the U.S. from fentanyl than died in Vietnam. It’s a horrible thing Biden and his cronies are doing to the U.S. in this and in a myriad other ways.
I gave some money to the wall myself. It wasn’t a fortune, but I thought Kolfage was honest.
I didn’t know Bannon was still being pursued for this in NY. I thought it had to do with not testifying before Congress about Trump and J6. The Democrats have no shame about lawfare. I wish Republican D.A.’s would pursue some of the many crimes committed by Democrats.

I had no problem with him taking a salary, either.
Hopefully, the verdict will be overturned, and his accusers will face their own Justice!
