Eric Lewis has been taking Metro’s Expo train from Downtown Los Angeles to his job in Santa Monica every day undisturbed for the past three years until April 19 at 11:15 a.m. when he was attacked and violently beaten by eight juvenile males.
Lewis said it all began when some of the young men began delaying the train by preventing the doors from closing near the last stop. The suspects were taking pictures causing commuters on the packed train, including himself, to plead with the boys to “stop holding the doors open, get back on the train, we’re going to be late, we got to get to work.”
When the boys joined their other friends, Lewis said they zeroed in on him as he was seated near their group and began to taunt, harass and throw items at him. Flustered yet calm about the situation, Lewis said, no matter what occurred, he kept his head down looking at his phone as they neared the last stop.

When the train stopped, the boys turned left on the platform – the direct way to leave the train – so Lewis decided to take the emergency exit in the opposite direction. As he exited the train, he felt a “whack” on the back and turned around to see one of the boys swinging his skateboard.
“The first thing out of my mouth was ‘did you just hit me with your skateboard?’” Lewis said.
At that point, the rest of the group started yelling at Lewis who grabbed his phone saying that he was going to call the cops. Lewis said that as he started to dial, the teens jumped on him screaming insults and racial slurs as they tried to take his phone from him.

That would tip the scale the other way for sure. Plus add the trillion$ spent on entitlement programs sine the 60s.

I don’t know how I’d bet with this one. I don’t keep up with the latest fads. Do black kids use skateboards? I’ve never seen that. But like I said, I don’t keep up with the latest fads.
The pattern is what Blacks do and I’m with you on the skateboard thing, but the silence of the media usually means blacks as well.

Yesterday I spent quite a bit of time researching concealed carry insurance. I’ve been using uscca for some years but I’ve learned something about them that I do not like at all. It seems that if you are arrested for a self-defense shooting and they pay for your defense, if you are not found innocent you are forced to pay all the money back to them. Well screw that. Being innocent is no protection from a malicious government with the number of woke prosecutors around.

The reporter is somehow able to identify their gender and their age. Might there be any other way to identify them?

If the ones doing the beating were Black, they were teen agers or youths. They may be 60 years old but they are still teen agers or youth, This is according to the main stream media.
Just as , according to the media, every gun is either an AR15 or AK47.

Here’s what going to happen. Some poor slob who rides the Metro to work every day is going to be scared to death by all these reports. And rightly so.
But this poor slob has no other way to get to work. So he/she will start to carry a weapon. Since it’s California, that weapon will of course be illegal.
The end result will not be a Paul Kersey situation - in the movie Kersey was simply let go.
It will be a Bernie Goetz situation - Goetz was arrested, convicted, and sent to jail.
My state’s population is .05% black so we don’t have these problems.
If it isn’t too much trouble, could you let me know which one you wind up selecting. I too am using USCCA and did not know that you hae to pay the money back if you are found guilty by a jury of your “peers”
