Yes I’m on my tablet so I can’t pull up what I was looking at yesterday. Later today when I’m on the computer I’ll reference that stuff. At the moment I have tentatively decided on one but I want to do more research. I will also include a very interesting YouTube Interview with an attorney who appears to really know what he’s talking about in regards to the legal consequences of a defensive shooting.
CCW safe is looking the best so far. But I’m still trying to confirm that they allow you to choose your own attorney. Their policy requires that you have a valid CCW.
Bring Back Devils Island
Nah, the article specifically says “juveniles” and “boys.”
Do I need to look?
Of course, blacks use skateboards. They use BMX bicycles, dirt bikes, and 4-wheelers, too. They just use them in different, inappropriate ways.
Some time ago the new metro in my area was proposed to run from the city out to our suburb about 25 miles away. The proposal was put to a referendum & voted down. It was believed that the animals in the high crime city would have a direct easy path to fresh pasture. Granted there are more efficient ways to strike & escape, like a vehicle. The whole thing was an exercise in the psychology of us vs them.
When the media “specifically” tells you the generic but not the type, you know something’s up.
Oh those wacky kids all hopped up on chocolate malts.
I wondered that, too. When I read “ran away,” I thought maybe. White boys would skate away. Maybe teens are taking a page from antifa’s playbook...”It’s not a weapon; it’s a skateboard.” Same reason some of the homeless carry screwdrivers.
Charles Bronson could back him up.
Average poster here has no clue how blacks victimize whites in violent crime versus the opposite
I’d be interested in a ping on that as well. TIA
Black people’s problem is not white people. Black people’s problem is black people.
Those “teens” probably don’t live in Santa Monica. Most likely they hail from somewhere east of La Cienega Blvd.
Guess why there is no train from LA to Las Vegas.
“All suspects were identified as juveniles from Los Angeles but only two have been charged with assault at this time. Per County rules regarding juveniles accused of committing crimes, all suspects were issued citations and released to their parents.”
Charges will be quietly dropped and that will be the end of it.
I know that station - we took it once. I told my son to NEVER take me on that train again. Ever.
And the pols in LA - who ride around in chauffeur-driven limos wonder why us “lessers” refuse to ride public transportation.

Here is the interview with the lawyer. 30 minutes and IMO a worthwhile listen - gave me some key points to consider about the legal process after a defensive shooting and what to look for in a plan. He appears to be straight up & doesn’t shovel BS like so many youtube “experts”.

Here is the link I started with for comparing plans.

Again, as best as I can tell, USCCA will require you to reimburse legal fees if you are convicted - best you research and confirm that. CCW Safe does pay for appeals costs, which obviously happens if one is convicted.
If CCW Safe doesn’t choose your lawyer for you (gotta confirm that in writing), it looks the best for my budget.
Lawyer Andrew Branca (video) makes some rather interesting comments regarding using a lawyer that the plan chooses for you. Food for thought!
This review, current as of this month, states that coverage ceases if/when you are convicted, but monies already paid are not required to be reimbursed.

The problem there is how often justified self defense is found guilty. Watch the video, he does a good job of explaining how easy it is to be found guilty even if you are completely following the law. Apparently, oftentimes, the letter of the law doesn’t even come into the prosecutor’s decisions. There are (probably) a lot of unethical prosecutors out there.
Thx
