The only military use for DU is defeating tank armor. That begs a question, what was the point? I haven't read anything about tank battles in country 404 so far, Russians are basically using tanks for mobile medium range artillery. And there is still the possibility of parts of Poland and Germany being poisoned.
And, whatever your opinion of hohos might be, the British should know better than to be participating in anything like this.

Why do you spread talking points propaganda. There is a big difference between radiation from the sun and radiation from a particle that keeps putting out radiation endlessly.

DEPLETED uranium gives off no more radiation than uranium ore, AND has no more ability to provoke a runaway nuclear explosion than uranium rocks in the ground ... AND the only “radiation” either one gives off is alpha rays, which are unable to even penetrate a piece of paper ...
The sun’s radiation is EM and ionic. Radioactive materials release nuclear radiation. All three are actually different things. But the chief thing to worry about with DU is toxicity, not radiation. DU is mostly U-238 which is only mildly radioactive. It’s much more poisonous.
