Some of you know me and most don't. I have been writing songs since I was a turd, ( i have library of congress cred, and get royalty pay) although I have been a pipefitter for over 30 years and these days i have settled into carpentry.
I have met some amazing people in my travels. I played in bars when I was 16. I am a multi-instrumentalist, just mostly strings. Country, blues, rock.
Anyways, I found this dude Tom McDonald recently. I have never been into rap, but his lyrics are astute. I hope you listen and give him a like. I don't know him and I don't think he knows me. Thanks. God's Blessings on Y'all.

He put this out Friday morning.. He is his own (no label/ record company and he is tearing it up). Interesting feller.

Tom MacDonald is the conservative poet of his time. When I say, of his time, unfortunately, that means rap. It might be difficult for some to get past the rap style music and his over-the-top tattooes and multiple piercings but if you dismiss him, you’re going to miss an extraordinary musician.
I think the tats were from his wrestling days... he partied hard. He has cleaned up.
I’m of the vintage variety (old lady, LOL) and came across Tom last year, absolutely fell in love with his songs. I am not a fan of ‘rap’, am more a country gal myself, but Tom does good work in my opinion. Tats and piercings don’t deter from a person’s good heart. Tom has led me to other rappers who are actually quite decent and don’t mind listening to them...while the names escape me at the moment, the fellow who did the “Boycott Target” and there were two others who joined in some of Tom’s songs.
Tom is the best out there and he speaks the truth. I have never liked Rap music so I was shocked to realize how much I love his stuff. I have purchased every album and single he has produced .

I saw one of his vids called "I Don't Look Down" (I think) a while back and it left me speechless.

Ha! I just posted a link to “White Trash” here earlier today in a response. He is awesome. Has several chart toppers that have taken down the likes of Cardi B and Taylor Swift. Good patriot.

Tom dominates in any genre he tries. Ghost and fighter are not considered rap
I’ve seen this guy on YouTube. He tells it like it is.
Some.. scars explains some of them but hog or hang over gang is what he calls his group of music fans.

He is currently living in the United states with his girl friend of many years and is working on becoming a citizen.
