DC’s UFO Lobbyist on Alien Spacecraft Claims: “This Thing Is Getting Ready to Blow Sky-High”
Washingtonian Magazine ^ | LUKE MULLINS

Posted on 07/12/2023 1:45:46 PM PDT by RoosterRedux

It’s been a busy few weeks for Stephen Bassett, Washington’s veteran UFO lobbyist.

Early last month, an ex-U.S. intelligence official who once worked with the Department of Defense’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force went public with claims that the federal government has recovered non-human spacecraft. The former official, David Grusch, does not claim to have seen the crashed spacecraft himself. Rather, in an interview with The Debrief, he said he had heard accounts of their existence over the course of his work. And in an interview with NewsNation, Grusch went even further. “Well, naturally, when you recover something that’s either landed or crashed,” he said, “sometimes you encounter dead pilots and, believe it or not, as fantastical as that sounds, it’s true.”

Washingtonian recently caught up with Bassett for his thoughts on Grusch’s allegations and how they might impact UFO-related issues in Washington.

What do you make of Grusch’s claims?

Absolutely legit. One hundred percent legit. He was at the task force. His whole background is legit. So the idea that he would make up false reports from non-existent people and take that to the DOD? It’s a one-in-a-million shot. So it’s legit, period.

What’s the significance of the claims he’s made?

In other words, [Grusch is saying,] “Yeah we have alien tech. Yes, we have crashed vehicles. And yes, we have bodies.” It’s not a surprise to me. The people in my world have been stating this, and putting the evidence forward that we’ve had these vehicles, for years. Now [Grusch] just confirmed it. Well, this was a bomb going off and that really sets a lot in motion and creates a lot of problems for the Senate [Intelligence] Committee and for the White House, because they are not ready to deal with alien craft and bodies.

Where do you think the issue goes from here?

[Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman] Mark Warner is in a really tough position now. Grusch has put the Christmas tree up and [Congress has] no choice but to start hanging ornaments on it. They have got to get those witnesses in front of that committee as soon as possible, or this thing is going to become completely out of hand. So the next thing that is going to happen is that Warner, or possibly Warner and [Senator Marco] Rubio together, will make a formal announcement and a press release that hearings on this will start on such and such a date.

DC’s UFO Lobbyist Doesn’t Buy the White House’s Extraterrestrial Denial

In light of Grusch’s claims, how far away are we from what you call “disclosure”—or the confirmation by the U.S. President of the existence of the extraterrestrials? Once they get the witnesses to testify, which would almost certainly include Grusch and anybody else prepared to testify directly to ET technology in our hands, which means Roswell was real, which Grusch has alluded to—two weeks.

Two weeks?

From the day the hearings start. Because here is the situation: The hearings are going to be probably the most watched hearings in history. So hundreds of millions of people are watching this testimony unfold. They are watching these questions being asked. The media is going nuts. Articles every day. Groundbreaking. After two weeks of that, what are you [as the U.S. president] going to do? You’ve got to go and make an announcement and say, “Look, I’ve talked to the Secretary of Defense. I’ve talked to the key Congressional leaders, and I’ve watched this testimony, and it’s pretty convincing. I think that we now can be assured that in fact, this is nonhuman in origin.” Or [Biden] may say “extraterrestrial presence.” But it is nonhuman, and it’s not our tech. That’s disclosure. Capital D. Bingo. That’s it.

If you read closely the language being used in many of the reports is “off planet” that’s the new lingo. Something from another dimension would be off planet. Also now all of a sudden there’s the talk about Antarctica and the lands beyond. Of course that wouldn’t be off planet.

In the past 10-12 years I have woken up about how the world is really run. It was a gradual process like peeling an onion so I’m not shell shocked to know what I know now. If I had had it dumped on me all in one day it would have been hard to digest.

I think that there is very advanced technology that has been kept from us for 100 years and we are gradually gaining knowledge about it just now. Only this technology was developed by Nicolas Tesla and has been withheld from us by the satanic cartel that’s been controlling the world.

So its easier to tell you that this knowledge was only recently acquired through aliens than to admit you could have had medbeds 50 years ago and half your family didn’t have to suffer through chemotherapy and then die anyway.

The new technology or rather old/new technology is going to come at us really quickly. That’s a lot of what Trump means by the best is yet to come. But its not coming from outer space aliens. At least I don’t think so.

Concluding paragraphs:

What’s going on right now, and has been going on, it’s not about finding out what this phenomenon is. None of it is about finding out what the phenomenon is - they already know what it is. They’ve known for decades. It is about setting up the scaffolding for the president to formally confirm the extra-terrestrial presence. It’s about setting up the disclosure event in a way conducive and positive and good public relations.

It’s similar to what we do when a president is inaugurated. The president is elected in November and inaugurated in January. And so for many days, they spend a lot of money to build this huge scaffolding on the Western side of the Capitol building for people to sit and watch the stage and everything, so people can participate in the formal passing of power. The difference is that, unlike the presidential inauguration, this scaffolding [of UFO hearings and White House statements] does not need to be taken down. The scaffolding will remain in place to deal with the post-disclosure world that happens the instant after the president makes that confirmation.

“Grusch has put the Christmas tree up and [Congress has] no choice but to start hanging ornaments on it.”

What remains to be seen: will he ornaments attract the real Santa Clause or just come guy wearing a costume?

Freepers should watch the hearings even if they will have trouble resisting the temptation to yell “squirrel”.

Freepers always yell “squirrel” to signal to other like minded types that their minds are also closed.

Sometimes there are whole chorus’ of people yelling “squirrel” in order to silence debate and any form of conversation about a particular topic.

I am still waiting for my flying car.

The FAA just gave approval for a company to begin flight testing - so put your order in now and avoid the rush.

Explain this to me, how can a interstellar craft cruise the stars and crash here on earth?
Why wouldn’t its power pack blast a huge radioactive creator?

How do you know the crafts [objects] seen are not just drones or runabouts and the mother ship is way outside Earth’s atmosphere, like at on of the La Grange points?

By all accounts, they do not use nuclear power - so there is no radioactive crater.

It is well known that people who yell “squirrel” or cite “distraction” cannot hold two thoughts simultaneously and must discard one in order to form a semi-coherent thought on the other.

But its not coming from outer space aliens. At least I don’t think so.

You could be dead-on right.

On the other hand, there are very reliable witnesses who say otherwise. We live in interesting times. It is unwise to have firm conclusions at this time. There can be no doubt that the world is controlled by a nefarious few.

Could well be. I dunno, but I saw one back in 83. Fastest bird I’ve ever seen. I saw it etch out a triangle, in a fashion that our jets can not do. Our birds make sweeping long turns. Also, it could just park, still and lifeless then just rip, and park again. From a 9 am sun position it ran across the sky to the western horizon in about a minute and a half.

They’re going to have some hellish power in a compact form, obviously a technology well past what we have.

I do not trust our govt. to be honest about if aliens exist.

Like he said the government does NOT know because, those that do, are not part of the government - the two only intersect at certain points through certain people.

Where did the people that know come from/arise?

Through black projects since 1940s, across multiple countries, and trillions of dollars, gave them total independence from any government in the world.

Yet the, “much better tech being used in secret bases” apparently benefits no one that I can see.

The point is you are NOT supposed to see.

“At least Musk has achieved documented milestones and has an agenda to travel to Mars.”

Lol.

This is like saying that the wagon train that just left NYC for California has “documented milestones” and has an agenda to cross the Rocky Mountains.

Musk is getting played.

“So its easier to tell you that this knowledge was only recently acquired through aliens than to admit you could have had medbeds 50 years ago and half your family didn’t have to suffer through chemotherapy and then die anyway.”

Good post—they are trying to protect the guilty.

The technology is alien based—but provided decades ago to the “insiders”. The “insiders” decided to keep it for themselves.

That is their crime—and as you say they own the early deaths of millions of people.

Bad as that is—they have committed worse crimes—so bad even folks like Greer refuse to talk about it.

The worst crimes have been hidden by decades of brainwashing teaching the masses that such crimes are “impossible” or “relics of the distant past”.

Only this technology was developed by Nicolas Tesla

Who used one or more of the 196 theorems, from the 200 postulated by James Maxwell Clark, which were never studied since they were written. Only 4 were ever used, and they were transformed from Field Equations to Vector Equations to give us everything we know about the Electromagnetic Spectrum.

Worth noting, that without Clark, Einstein would have remained an obscure postal clerk. And Tesla wound have died without notice.

Also worth noting - there are also distinct possibilities that there are multiple “aliens” from numerous different star systems, and there may be one or more that are resident either because they arose here or because they took up residence or both.

Keep in mind we know very little about the world prior to 13,000 years ago, a world which was very different from the one today; what we ‘know’ is based on suppositions by various disciplines.

If there is something they want, as you suppose, then they already have it. So telling them “No” is just silly.
