Hunter Biden was spotted Thursday walking with his Secret Service agent in Malibu, as his lawyer sent a cease-and-desist letter to former President Donald Trump's attorneys insisting he stop saying the cocaine found at the White House belonged to the first son.
Hunter's attorney Abbe Lowell asked the ex-president's legal team to push Trump to stop disparaging the Bidens, for fear that there could be an escalation of violence akin to January 6 or the hammer attack on Paul Pelosi.
In recent Truth Social posts, Trump has made wild claims about the Biden family's drug use - suggesting on Thursday that the Secret Service called off the investigation because the cocaine 'was for use by Hunter, & probably Crooked Joe, in order to give this total disaster of a President a little life and energy!'
'You know, if Mr. Trump does not, that Mr. Biden has neither committed nor been accused of the charges that your client is claiming,' Lowell said to Trump's lawyers. '[A]nd that the Biden family was not at the White House (let alone in the vestibule) in the period when the cocaine was found.'
Lowell's broader point to Trump's legal team was that the ex-president's rhetoric was dangerous.
'I am sending this letter to make a demand that your client, former President Donald Trump, cease and desist from making public statements about my client which are both defamatory and likely to incite Mr. Trump's followers to take actions against Mr. Biden and which could lead to his or his family’s injury,' Lowell said in the letter, of which a copy was obtained by DailyMail.com.
'This is not a false alarm,' Lowell continued.

First Amendment free speech protection does not apply to defamation.

If it wasn’t my cocaine, I couldnt care less what Trump said. But if it was my coke, I’d do everything possible to stop Trump

A reported video by the Chinese, showed Hunter getting his person massaged by the feet of a Chinese girl. Hunter leans well into the camera and lights a bowl of crack or meth. The White House drugs are his. I didn’t lose by brain when I signed up for FR.
