But the vast majority of the entire Entertainment industry are proud Biden and demonrat voters, so who cares? They can always move operations to North Korea where their kind live.
OMG!! /s
How convenient that this Hollywood billionaire is setting the resolution date for September 1st.
I don’t want to see another American industry decimated, but they have been marketing angry political correctness as comedy, kowtowing to China, and it hasn’t been art for a long time so much as lefty propaganda. So many artists live in fear of cancellation for any dumb thing, so they aren’t going to be free any time soon anyway.
For sure I don’t support studios being able to scan someone’s face for a days pay, and then being able to use it in perpetuity for any purpose without further permission or payment. That’s abusive and wrong.
It certainly would be not only a bad thing for the industry, but it would also be catastrophic for the State of California, which would be a beautiful thing.
The two biggest sources of tax revenue for the state of California are the Entertainment industry and the Tech Industry.
If the Entertainment industry collapses, followed by the Tech industry rapidly moving out of California, the state of California is already running about a 35-billion-dollar deficit, which will seem like pocket change if the Entertainment industry and Tech Industry collapse inside the state of California.
Let’s face it. Ratings and box office receipts have plummeted for Hollyweird actors over the past several years... because of the Wokeism disease they have spread. Add to that the lackluster creativity (or non-existent) and endless recycling and remakes of older shows with their new “woke” brand, and you’ve got a self-induced destruction impending.
This strike will, they mistakenly “think”, make people miss their woke-@ss BS now, and want it back. And then they expect people will appreciate it and them more... when the strike is over. It’s all delusion on their part. Desperate delusion. But that’s just lefties all over. They aren’t capable of seeing facts, truth or reality.... or that most mature Americans (the ones that actually have the money to spend on their crap) have “moved on” from their PC idiocy.
I don’t think Diller is a Chinamen surname.
Does it sound believable that there would be a collapse because of a strike?
And the downside?
There is Tom Cruise, Mel Gibson, and Chris Nolan…that’s about it.
The last television set I own I only keep because it has a VGA jack on the back of the thing.
And I can’t remember the last movie I saw at the theatre.
I don’t need Hollywood to entertain myself.
Which is fortunate - because what Hollywood has to offer is mostly not entertaining to me anyway.
“He says it like it’s bad thing.”
I think the real joke is with the product they are putting out to the public, they collapsed years ago. Just like sports, politics, and intelligence.

Ever since Obama “ changed “ the U.S., 95% of all Hollywood productions contain WOKE messaging, often subtle.
The great movies were all produced in the 20th century. Hollywood is reaping what it has sown.
Let it bleed.
That’s what I thought
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Hollywood is like the central biz district of cities; no longer necessary.
Filming is now entirely mobile. Aside from those who prefer to live in the legacy mansions of the dead stars, actors don’t live there anymore.
Good! I hope the whole rotten system collapses around them like a deck of cards.
