Wednesday's jaw-dropping implosion of Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal – delivered to him on a silver platter by his daddy's Justice Department – is too shocking for even the left-wing lapdog press to completely ignore.
When Federal Judge Maryellen Noreika blew a faint breath at the proposed agreement, it fell apart like a house of cards.
The judge simply asked government prosecutors and Hunter's lawyers if the deal would shield him from future charges that may arise from the DOJ's five-year probe, including any wrongdoing stemming from Hunter's lucrative consulting work with companies in China, Romania and Ukraine.
Hunter's attorney Chris Clark said it would. DOJ prosecutor Leo Wise said it wouldn't. And the you-know-what hit the fan.
The two legal teams got together and hammered out a compromise only for the deal to far apart again over a potentially unconstitutional provision that put the judge in charge of Hunter's probation.
That's not how these things work, she explained.
So no, this wasn't getting rubber stamped.

Media needed something to take the focus off Bidens, Jack Smith saw the same thing so “ son of a B” we got some added charges....
My theory is they will take both out. They know taking out one, without taking out the other will led to unrest.
Joe is expendable, Trump isn’t, so they get the better end of the deal, but at least it somewhat lowers to tension, if Biden goes at the same time.
Hunter’s going to overdose, and immediately be cremated, before he can rat out Obama, etal.

This is what a tipping point looks like. The two teams were after the same thing, protecting hunter, and subsequently joe.
There were two defense teams. Hunter’s lawyers and the DOJ. All they needed was to rope a judge into signing off. Once the judge looked, even a little, closely at the agreement she couldn’t join in.
Now as more undeniable corruption is revealed we’ll see two types of animals jumping ship. democRATS and media lap dogs.
This judge had more courage than any of those election voter fraud judges.

Then, when it appears that they are “equally bad”, both are pardoned and go away. Kamala get to be POTUS for a year and the Newsome wins the primaries and is the candidate. DeSantis may be the R candidate, but there may be enough Trump-or-die voters to give the election to Newsome.

Nothing less than getting 4 more years of Trump stuffed right down their throats is acceptable.
The issue is: Hunter’s case is open during Archer’s testimony, so the dems won’t be able to say: “This has already been litigated.”
Also, McCarthy is slow-walking this thing. There is a TON of evidence, but he is signalling the deep state that he is still playing their game.
The so called ‘plea deal’ was a scam from the get-go.
The judge spotted it right off.
She could have hung them out to dry right then and there but didn’t for some reason.
THE DEAL WAS TO GIVE HUNTER COMPLETE IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION ON ANY CRIMES HE EVER COMMITTED.
THIS WOULD BASICALLY BE A ‘BLANKET PARDON’ WITHOUT JOE HAVING TO GIVE HIM ONE.
NOW THAT IT’S ON RECORD THEY HAVE NOWHERE TO HIDE...................
Is there anything in constitution which prevents a person from running for president from prison? If not, Trump beats Biden in 2024 and can pardon himself. Trump is now ahead by 40 points over DeSantis, the only competition. Trump will be the GOP nominee. Stop dreaming of meatball DeSantis.
