Little psychopaths like this used to be confined to mental institutions. Who knows if this kid can ever be rehabilitated. But it is certain that he has a defective brain which makes him unsuited for life outside a mental institution.
It’s a shame that we can no longer confine the mentally ill indefinitely. Even if he is institutionalized now, he will be released at age 18. And probably end up terrorizing and killing people, if his condition cannot be treated.
OK ... what do YOU suggest doing with the likes of this individual?
Put him down may be a bit harsh, but he should definitely be removed from society permanently. If you oppose that, the blood of his future victims is on your hands.
Born psychopaths have always existed. When they are identified young, our practice was to confine them to an institution. Such confinement used to be lifelong.
It looks like the state of Virginia doesn’t belief in institutionalizing psychopaths. So they remain free to terrorize others.
It’s long past time to bring back permanent institutionalization. Not just for psychopaths, but also for the non-dangerous mentally ill who are basically thrown onto the streets to fend for themselves (aka the homeless).

True psychopaths are born that way. Most of them, however, are not violent psychopaths like this kid. Their brains are physically defective.
This kid needs to be locked up in an institution for the criminally insane, forever.
Just think of the environment this child has grown up in for him to have this type of mind-set. It’s obvious the child had no nurturing family, no bonding with loving parents, and no boundaries taught to him during those important first few formative years. His path in life is now set and it would take a miracle for him to be moved from that path.
What is so scary is that we have thousands of such children being set on that same path.
