A conservative nonprofit filed a federal civil rights complaint against Kellogg's on Wednesday, accusing the cereal brand of 'unlawful' diversity policies and 'sexualizing' its products.
This is the second complaint this week against the company by America First Legal, a nonprofit headed by Stephen Miller, a former adviser to Donald Trump.
America First Legal wrote to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claiming Kellogg's hiring based on race and gender violates anti-bias laws.
The group claimed Kellogg's 'hiring, training and promotion practices are designed to achieve a balance based on race and sex that violates the federal law banning workplace bias.'
In a news release, the non-profit criticized a Cheez-It box with drag queen RuPaul and Tony the Tiger's involvement with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney at the Tony Awards in June.
The nonprofit argued that Kellogg's actions reflect a disregard for American families and workers.
'Despite the immense trust that hard-working American mothers and fathers have placed in Kellogg's, management has discarded the Company's long-held family-friendly marketing approach to politicize and sexualize its products,' the letter read.
They also criticized cereal boxes celebrating LGBTQ Pride Month.
'Management has discarded the company's long-held family friendly marketing approach to politicize and sexualize its products,' the group said.

I heard they even put that tranny Bruce Jenner on the Wheaties box!
Why do woke companies produce garbage food? We’re healthier without it.
Exactly. Not a single Kellogg cereal crosses my door. Junk food.

About time you came out, Toenails!
$eriou$ly?
Healthy food doesn’t come in a box.
I tell people to buy food from the perimeter of your grocery store.
It’s worse than that. I bought a box of Special K with Red Berries which contained lots of little red specks and about 5 slices of the berries. Never buying Kellogg’s again. HEB makes a superior product and it’s cheaper. People sue for stupid things like this. Kellogg needs watch out.
I can see Ru Paul. At least he makes me laugh.
Hang on Kellog, the dive for the bottom of the 25 billion $ loss is pretty steep.
But they are doing a FINE job of getting there.
.
It’s done for marketing purposes and has Amendment I protection since the images are printed.
Every company has a constitutional right to express stupid thoughts.
It’s starting to look like I’ll be cornered into to only drinking water and eating natural food.
I don’t buy Kellogg’s just like I don’t buy Bud Light, Coke, Nike, Heinz, Starbucks, etc., etc.
I'm loving it. These laws were passed with the intent to "protect" certain favored groups, and quite honestly, the laws were aimed against certain non-favored groups. But I don't think they ever considered that the law works both ways, and they hate it now.
It’ll be tossed for lack of standing.
The cereal companies conspired together to demonize eggs and bacon. Remember the cholesterol scare from eggs and fat from bacon? That’s why a lot of kids in the 1970s and 1980s grew up eating cereal. I stopped eating cold cereal when I realized this and what was actually in it. Some of the ingredients included industrial cleaners, for example.
This is good. But honestly I’d rather they worked hard to get Ohio red. Ohio going blue is depressing. Or do both.
