State Representative Justin Humphrey from District 19 in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, has called for a thorough investigation into allegations of constitutional and civil rights violations by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).
The allegations were brought forward by 52-year-old high school history teacher, Baptist pastor, and part-time gun dealer, Russell Fincher. Mr. Fincher claims that ATF agents employed intimidation tactics and coercion to force him into surrendering his federal firearms license.

The agents’ actions resembled extortion rather than a legitimate law enforcement search. Furthermore, one agent’s statement, “Tell your firearms buddies we are coming for them,” constituted an unlawful threat and an abuse of authority.

I am reminded of a collector whose home was raided by police. The only thing taken was a legally registered, taxed, licensed, full auto Thompson machine in MINT condition.
After two years of legal wrangling he got his Thompson back, so rusted up it was unusable.
I’m surprised to hear that ATF agents aren’t armed with fully automatic weapons.

It’s all just lip service by the state rep. They have no authority to act upon the ATF. It’s the same govt goon squad doing the raids every time. According to the pastor, there was 12 of them. They just need to go away.
Obviously, the ATF must be eliminated. Less obvious is that ALL federal policing forces eventually become the enemy of the people. Why is this even controversial here on FR? And why isn’t the Republican party out in the front trying to eliminate the federal department of justice and all of their minions?

It’s the Wild West now, there are no rules anymore. Get a grand jury, issue an indictment, and file the extradition papers if they don’t surrender themselves. Then try them before a 100% Republican gun owner jury. That’s the new normal, if we only have the guts to do it.
