Oh goody, the “gene therapy” meme pops up once again.

Are we claiming to alter DNA inside the cell nucleus this time, or is this a confused reference to gene expression?

---- "Are we claiming...."

Two comments in a short thread. You're position is your position. I prefer looking at referenced citations.

"In vitro–transcribed mRNA (IVT mRNA) is emerging as a new class of drug that has the potential to play a role in gene therapy that once was envisioned for DNA."

Source: https://www.cell.com/molecular-therapy-family/molecular-therapy/fulltext/S1525-0016(16)30267-2

Additionally, when one passes by the myriad "fact check" articles which seemed so necessary to "correct" and "debunk" without citing oriignal sources, one finds that Oelrich was speaking about the following:
"Stefan Oelrich, Bayer AG: 'Our company is working on highly innovative therapy options that may help reverse severe illnesses in the future. The accelerated transfer of gene and cell therapies from science and research to patient care plays a key role here. The center we are planning can help strengthen exchange and cooperation between stakeholders in Germany, Europe, and the world, and serve as an internationally attractive platform for investment and talent. This joint project is a clear commitment to Germany as a center of science and innovation and to Berlin'.”

Mammoth, metioned below, is California based.
"Bayer described privately-held Mammoth’s CRISPR program as a 'key enabling technology' expected to enhance its efforts to develop new therapeutic approaches and bolster its recently-established cell and gene therapy capabilities. Bayer has quickly built a solid cell and gene therapy platform due to the acquisition of BlueRock in 2019 and AskBio in 2020."

---- "...the “gene therapy” meme pops up once again."
"COVID-19 vaccines were developed and approved rapidly in response to the urgency created by the pandemic. No specific regulations existed at the time they were marketed. The regulatory agencies therefore adapted them as a matter of urgency. Now that the pandemic emergency has passed, it is time to consider the safety issues associated with this rapid approval. The mode of action of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines should classify them as gene therapy products (GTPs), but they have been excluded by regulatory agencies."

And in that source: " The wide and persistent biodistribution of mRNAs and their protein products, incompletely studied due to their classification as vaccines, raises safety issues." June 2023

Source: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37445690/

Additionally: "LNPs are drug delivery vehicles that can be used in molecular therapeutics. Acuitas’ LNP technology allows intracellular delivery of nucleic acid therapeutics such as mRNA, microRNA, oligonucleotides, and DNA to different target organs. This technology is clinically validated, and previous applications include the development of the Pfizer/BioNTech COIVD-19 vaccinations, administered to 180 countries." In "Bayer licenses lipid nanoparticle tech for gene therapy," June 2023. Given that the current mRNA injections have proven not to be sterilizing in the older sense of vaccines, and "breakthrough" and recurrences of Covid-19 incidences in people who have "taken" all the original doses and boosters suggests that the "effective" claim in marketing. As the WHO states:

"Why get vaccinated against COVID-19?"

"The emergency phase of COVID-19 is over, but the virus continues to spread and evolve. COVID-19 remains a threat, especially to older persons and adults with underlying health conditions.

"Safe and effective vaccines help ensure that COVID-19 does not result in severe disease and death. Vaccination protects against COVID-19 and reduces the likelihood of new variants from emerging.

"Take all COVID-19 vaccine doses, including booster doses, as recommended to you by your health authority."

Source: https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/covid-19-vaccines/advice

So "effective" and yet "rebounds" and "breakthroughs" and such are reported. A favorite couple of cases involved the "vaccinated" Fauci and "vaccinated" Biden, with Fauci's involving even a rebound after using Pfizer's Paxlovid. Effective, but breakthroughs and rebounds.

Worldwide deaths according to official sources only show the actual mortality rates ACROSS THREE YEARS of 0.088 percent, or less than one-tenth of one percent, though the WHO forecast a mortality rate per year of 3.4%.

I claim that the above sources inform.

I am always curious why the actual data are never highlighted. If the other side wants to complain about the use of testing use to amplify actual Covid virus via PCR to create a positive test meaning person was considered fovid infected, then to use this study where it says “using the most sensitive test — mass spectrometry” cannot be used to say that the minuscule amount of inert “recombinant” spoke protein via a amino acid chain substitution which would mean it is not the same spike protein must be considered the same — namely irrelevant quantities and I note the time max is 187 days does not imply never stop producing. This is a gross interpretation of a study.

A certain group around here also stated millions of deaths are just a year away. Unfortunately there were sayin that in 2020, 2021, 2022 and now 2023, but just wait. It’s right around the corner.

It gets tiresome seeing people make pretzel logic out of things they neither demonstrably understand — namely molecular biology and simple statistics.

Gene therapy includes foreign gene expression.

Also

There is evidence the the DNA plasmid used in the mRNA synthesis for the Jabs is stable and present in high enough concentrations in the jabs to be the method for continuous spike protein production.

Ooops…

This is in the documents that pFizer wanted to keep secret for 75 years…

The JnJ gene therapy vaccine used an adenovirus vector, for its gene therapy approach.

This is well established terminology!

Even by your friend Fauci’s NIH…
