So maybe late to the game here but finally, actually just read the indictment in Georgia on Trump.
Essentially they are charging him with Racketeering / RICO law violations!!!
They are claiming he used a conspiracy to interfere with the 2020 election results.
This is amazing. As POTUS Trump is bound by duty to investigate possible election interference. So when he called officials in Georgia like Kemp they are calling that conspiracy. When Trump said to find “just enough votes” he never said to cheat votes. That’s what they are alleging.
To me it seems they have weaponized the Justice Dept.
Honestly don’t think Trumps chances are good as they clearly are United against him: Neo-cons and Dems who seem to hold the power in Ga.
Fork! Georgia has been a huge thorn in our side for several years now. They have been screwing conservatives with key election races all going to Dems and now this.
The USSC needs to interfere, and rule Judicially to shut this down. Either they do, and we keep a 9 man court or when the Dems solidify their hold on power, there will be a USSC filled with dozens of democrazi advocats.
