I went to U tube and listened, still can’t hear her sing. Completed overdubbed and enhanced. Not to say she can’t sing, but she is as authentic as Gag gag.

Based on the picture, I’d guess she mis-heard the the word “shut” as another word that rhymes with “shut” and chose to dress accordingly.
