If any folks live in cities where crime is high, another thing they do is sit in the parking lot, watch for single women or older folks with a cart load of food to come out, drive their car to the woman’s, block her in, and rob her cart en mass. Shoplifting occurs when an individual walks into a store, conceals one or two items under their clothing, and walks out. When dozens of thugs run into a store, scoop up thousands of dollars worth of merchandise, then run out, that's not shoplifting, it's looting.
