Senior officials at the Democratic National Committee are sounding the alarm that the committee is falling short of its own diversity goals.
And they're warning that if current trends aren’t changed, the delegates heading to next summer’s convention will be too white when they gather next summer to officially renominate resident Joe Biden.
“I keep looking at these diversity goals in big states like New York, like California. And, for some reason, whether it’s the African American community, Black community, the LGBTQ+ community, or Hispanic community, [the] numbers continue to decrease,” Donna Brazile told her colleagues at a recent committee gathering in Washington, D.C.
“It raises a red flag in my judgment,” she said in a follow-up interview with POLITICO about the delegate plans. “And then I try to find out what the hell is it.”
In interviews with half a dozen current and former DNC members, there was heightened concern that the delegates the party may end up sending to the convention next year won't be as diverse as they think it should be. They fear it reflects the difficulties of Biden’s reelection campaign to retain support among Black and Latino voters — key voting blocs he needs if he wants another four years in the White House...

I applied for a government job in D.C. once. I got no points for being a veteran. When I said i was Cherokee I was told that Native Americans are not a recognized minority group. The interviewer told me that if I was a black female with a hispanic surname it would tick three boxes and regardless of qualifications she’d hire me in a minute. As it turns out I was fortunate to not get the job. The old “One door closes, another opens” scenario.

Yeah Veterans points. When they actually tested individuals for G jobs, the civil service commission ran testing. If you were a vet, you were given some points toward your final score, I think 5 for honorable discharge no disability.
Of course that would not fly today as most of the morons applying for jobs would probably not pass those pre hire tests. No, the hiring process is rigged for the diversity crap. Makes me sick.

self-loathing white liberals are insane and this is just further proof that ‘diversity’ is the national religion.
It’s really sad to think about what this country could accomplish and what it could be spending resources on if it didn’t all go to the religion of diversity and everything that entails.
