but the lethal jab had tons of published and censor protected ‘evidence’ that it was ‘safe and effective.’
naw FDA. keep your bloody hands off my supplements.
No matter what one watches on the conservative tv shows these days then they are all loaded with people trying to sell herbs and whatever. From infowars to Ted Nugent to Lindell. On and on. Creepy.
I do not trust the FDA to be acting in our best interests, they're in the pockets of big pharma and big agriculture. I'd prefer the FDA be kept at arms length and the less control they have the better. They're not out to help us, they're out to protect the profits of giant corporate interests.
add Creatine Monohydrate to that list..
one of the few fitness-oriented supplements that actually works. Creatine also has significant cognitive benefits.
I’ve been weight lifting 25+ years... I have gone on and off of it, and there’s a noticeable difference in stamina and recovery when I’m on it. Another benefit is it draws a little extra water in your muscles and so if you’re not a fat body, you’ll look little more ripped. One of the most tested supplements in the world... totally safe.

Bought Relief Factor for wife as her hips were giving her plenty of trouble. It worked as advertised. Forhowlong? Don’t know yet. Its been about a year.
After the whole Covid and vax debacle, we should trust the FDA to regulate supplements to keep us *safe*?
The only thing FDA regulation would mean would be to regulate them into uselessness, just like OTC meds of older prescriptions.
A couple we’ve found to work well are fenugreek for colds and congestion. Works like guaifenesin without the side effects, and smells a whole lot nicer (Like maple syrup).
And melatonin. I tiny amount of that puts me in La-La-land.
FDA can Go to Hades...they continually try to ban compounded bio-id hormones
I have found this book to be helpful:

The title is a lie. Dietary supplements are regulated, not only by the FDA but by the industry, itself, as it is not run similarly to a Monopoly, that is Big Pharma.
I research all my supplements and currently taking 7, one of which, after talking with my doctors, is now being considered at a well known hospital. It takes a lot of work to find excellent supplements.
I was just diagnosed with Arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and having some bad symptoms, so I’m looking for anything that will help.
(*December of the Plague Theater Year. Laid me up for about ten days.)
Show me the bodies from vitamin C overdose.
I’ll show you the “regulated and tested” Vioxx bodies.
.
It must be a conservative thing. There’s ads all over the place. I take several supplements: bacon, butter, steak, and potatoes
Where Pfizer or Bank of America shun, the alternative medicine and precious metal vendors thrive.
Highly recommend this for joint aches. I had a very achy shoulder, very painful when lifting my arm above my head. It was progressively getting worst over a 12 month period. I started on this triple joint formula, 2 pills a day for the first six months, now just one. I have been pain free going on two years. Both Costco and Sams have their own version, same ingredients and strength.
We are living in a country full of pill poppers.
