add Creatine Monohydrate to that list..

one of the few fitness-oriented supplements that actually works. Creatine also has significant cognitive benefits.

I’ve been weight lifting 25+ years... I have gone on and off of it, and there’s a noticeable difference in stamina and recovery when I’m on it. Agree. I’d also add that whether lifting weights or not, everyone over 40 should be on a protein supplement. The more active you are the more important it is.
