Just got a notification through nextdoor.com ...a local neighborhood watch/network site...about a rather disturbing protest video about Decatur, Alabama PD and the fatal shooting of a guy by the name of Steve Perkins. Turns out theres a video compilation posted to FB. Now take a look at my home Ring Security Cam video from about 3 weeks ago...on 9/18 in the middle of the night some guy tried to walk into my place. He got booked for public intoxication. *See my ring video*. Keep your powder dry folks!

Yeah, this isn’t going away real soon... while it appears the protests are justified, there’s a civil rights attorney in town who’s fanning the flames.

If that were my door and that type sh*t bag was attempting to gain entry, I’m be moving. At minimum, get a German Shepherd and keep a shotgun loaded ready to go. No joke.

Give him a burial at government expense, send a team of officers to make sure the soil is moist. I am flat sick of this stuff. If the repo man is taking your rig, you don’t greet him with a gun. He knew what was happening, this was the second attempt at hooking up to the vehicle. The cops were called to keep an armed man from stopping a lawful act of repossession. FAFO..

I can see why his brother is an EX cop.

Nothing wrong with it.

Decatur Police arrived on the scene initially after making contact with a tow truck driver who attempted to repossess a vehicle from the Perkins’ home on Ryan Drive SW. From the initial interaction, police said Perkins then pulled a handgun on the tow truck driver, who fled the scene.

From there officers made their way to the home along with the tow truck driver at the scene. The homeowner exited the residence armed with a handgun and threatened the tow truck driver. DPD said following this interaction they then ordered Perkins to drop the weapon, but that did not happen.

Did they use lights/sirens while approaching the residence? If Perkins knew the police were approaching he had plenty of time to put the firearm down. Why does the vido start so late?
