A Maine driver out on bail crashed his vehicle into an Amish horse and buggy in Exeter, Maine, on Thursday.
The Penobscot Regional Communications Center received a call reporting the crash around 3:05 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, according to the Penobscot County’s Sheriff’s Office

What in the world does that mean?
The Amish present a quandary for governments. On one hand they aren’t driving vehicles that put out emissions the government hates. So the gov should like that. On the other hand, the Amish are self-reliant on their own talents and abilities and don’t ask the government for anything. So the gov hates that. Quite the quandary, I should say.
Driver..... well let’s see, how do I get back into jail for some free food??? Oh, I know!

One of the Tony Robbins sessions used an example from the news. A woman had to cope with the loss of her husband. He was pumping gas as two men pulled up in a car and got out and shot him to death for apparently no reason.
The men said later they had just been released from prison and both agreed they hated the complications of outside life. They agreed to kill the next person they saw so they could get back to prison. The woman’s husband happened to be the one.
I guess this is what you get in a small town. Nobody is asking the question......why is this piece of human garbage out on bail for 10 offenses which require bail.

Not a 100% sure, but sounds like he is out on 10 cases which have allowed him to leave lockup when bail is posted. Now was this the 10th offense, or the 11th offense? I’m assuming this was the 10th offense. But like you I have no idea what is really meant by that statement. Do they not keep track? Are they all offenses from different jurisdictions?
It sounds like he is out on bail simultaneously for ten cases. If that’s the case, that is the worst jurisprudence in the history of Maine. Or the USA. Or maybe the world.

The horse was understandably frightened after that rear end crash, so he ran off from the scene, with carriage still tied to him. Sheriff deputies were able to find and return him to the injured parties. There were two children riding in the carriage, both who received ‘minor’ injuries and refused medical assistance. No word on the carriage driver.
It means that tomorrow, he’ll be out on 11 different sets of bail.
No word on the carriage driver.
The carriage driver was probably one of those minors.
