How the vaccine changes those who are vaccinated, the scientific view:
1) Another set of pathogen-specific T cells, B cells, and antibodies are added to the multitudes that already exist.
2) Because of those T cells, B cells, and antibodies, the vaccinated are less likely to catch Covid. If they do, they are less likely to be hospitalized, die, or suffer long-term health impairments.
I seriously doubt that her PhD in English Lit prepared her to read, much less understand, this The Adaptive Immune Response: T lymphocytes and Their Functional Types or this The Adaptive Immune Response: B-lymphocytes and Antibodies chapter from an introductory textbook on human biology. I doubt she understands even basic neurology as summarized in this chapter in the same textbook: Basic Structure and Function of the Nervous System.
But nevermind all that. She's a doctor, therefore knows EVERYTHING... about subjects she's never studied.
She is using her title of "Dr." to imply expertise that she simply does not have.
If you want to know about how vaccines affect the body (they don't) and what happens after vaccination, consult a scientist who is an expert in the subject.

Yes she comes off as silly calling herself a doctor here but that’s irrelevant as it’s her guest that is the expert. It’s already well known that the vaxx causes neuroinflammation which is likely to downregulate neurogenesis just as he says and this paper shows. Are you disputing this?

As a practicing nurse with an English degree I can say that wolf is capable of learning enough about any particular disease and is certainly capable of interviewing a guest and of discerning who is able to explain the subject she has been studying for the past four years
