I bought some of this stuff and highly recommend it just for sleeping if nothing else. Mine was 1000mg which is considered medium strength
I took a few drops throughout the day and night [yesterday] under the tongue and have to say it did the trick.
Anyone tried it? Other ailments they say it's good for: Joint pain, anxiety, depression.
Works for me.

Oh for Gawd sake, as you age you simply do not need that much sleep. Do you want to live life as a drugged out zombie? If you can’t sleep, get some work done.

CBD helps you to enter REM sleep. I use it nightly. It does not get you high. You need THC for that.
I can take an age to get to sleep. This stuff helps.

I am a family law lawyer and I have about had it with drugged out parents and drugged out grandparents and people who want custody sitting in my office demanding to know why they can’t smoke weed in a custody case. Clients calling to say their husband lost their commercial license because he was taking CBD over the counter for back pain. Drugs are drugs and the marijuana cartels and big pharma have convinced this population all is solved by a substance. It’s a slippery slope folks.

If this oil is so helpful, and not harmful, why is it not prescribed by the family doctor and dispensed at the local CVS pharmacy?
Based on that reply I’d be looking for another lawyer.

CBD is not a drug. And parents shouldn’t smoke weed around children that’s for sure. There is no drug cartel making CBD out of hemp, it doesn’t even have THC, it doesn’t get you high. Oh, and the trucking company are idiots, trucking is one of the worst professions to get a bad back.
