"I'm infinitely more concerned about other issues and would rather be anywhere but on this thread."I think what they really want to say is,

Best I have seen, there are posts I routinely go on involving Ukraine and invariably at least half the replies are from folks criticizing the site and people who “agree” with it

It seems that either I’m some sort of troll magnet, or they do this to everyone. More’s the pity. Instead of being personal to me, which would be further proof that the universe revolves around me, instead it’s just them trying to convince themselves that the universe revolves around them and their trolling. The former would boost my self-esteem slightly while p!ssing me off. The latter would just be sad.
If I want belly laughs, I watch Big Bang Theory or South Park. Konstantin is just gently ironic and sometimes slightly funny in combination with the Russian accent and flubbed English. But he does have insights into the inner workings of Russian society and state that he’s uniquely qualified for.
Shell shock? From rockets? We haven’t had a rocket in Nahariya in weeks, and when we did, I just made myself numb and did all I could do to cheer up my fellow inmates in the shelter for the duration of our ten minutes in each others’ company. One fragment of a rocket did fall down and explode across the street from us on top of the grocery store. Turned the roof black. Didn’t even elevate my heart rate. My wife went south for three weeks to our son in Haifa because she gets anxiety attacks. But “shell shocked”? Mois?
