Ron Paul is the only person currently in government that I would cast a vote for President for, with a spring in my step and a song in my heart.

FR needs an edit feature. This will have to do. I'd vote for Ron as well. I have done so at least once.

I voted for Ron Paul in the primaries back in 2012. I like him. But at the same time, he has to realize that America is the top dog. I think Trump had it right. He’ll make a deal with anybody but he’ll kick their assessment if he needed to do that. That’s what happened with Iran.

FR needs an edit feature. LOL. FR already HAS an edit function. It's called "Preview". I know, I know, nobody reads their own comment before hitting "Post" any more than they read the OP article. It's a matter of tradition....
But if you want an "edit/correct prior comment" feature, code it up and send the source to John Robinson and see what he says. :-)
Of course the problem is more one of maintaining database transaction consistency, than of user interface. So if I were specifying such a feature, I would keep it real simple:
- After the initial comment is accepted, you have 30 seconds in which you can hit a new "Re-edit prior comment" button. After 30 seconds, it's cast in concrete.
- You can only re-edit the prior comment. Older comments, even within 30 seconds, are cast in concrete.
- You can only re-edit any given comment once.
But it's easier to just hit "Preview" and read what you wrote before hitting "Post". Not that I'm very good at that either, you understand.

Maybe people should start voting on the basis of character, convictions and results instead of rhetoric and lies.
.....................................
The problem now is to many people don’t know what that all means. They don’t know right from wrong. They only understand their own self interests and desires.
