So, these tenants were too drunk, high, or whacked out to hear their own apartments being boarded up? How does one wake up to it already having happened? There had to be pounding and other noise.
That was my question. Who sleeps through all that? It also had to have happened during the day before 5 pm. Bet the dude hasn’t paid rent in years so now has more rights than renters. Boarding him and his elderly mother inside is a fire code violation at the very least so he’s going to be filthy rich after suing the pants off the owner.

Harvey IL is an unwiped rectum of Illinois. We have several towns like it in that area.
