Jeffrey Epstein survivor Elizabeth Stein calls for people named in 'retraumitizing' document dump to speak up as lawyer threatens to sue FBI for ignoring complaints of another victim

An alleged survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's sex-trafficking ring has detailed her reaction to this month's 'retraumatizing' document dump - which has her lawyer already airing plans to sue the FBI.

Joined by attorney Jennifer Freeman, Elizabeth Stein said she is also suing Ghislaine Maxwell and the late sex pest's estate, after reading an impact statement at the socialite's sentencing that claimed she was a student when Maxwell approached her.

Speaking to Law&Crime, she provided a similar account of how she was allegedly thrust into Epstein's sordid syndicate - before detailing how the document's release has impacted her and others who have come forward.

She called the release and subsequent lack of action 'triggering', but necessary if those involved - apart from Maxwell - are ever to be held accountable.

Freeman, meanwhile, unveiled her plans to sue the US's foremost federal law enforcement agency, claiming they ignored reports from another Epstein accuser - and that the government knew what the financier was doing and 'allowed it.'

The conversation began with host Jesse Weber asking Stein how she feels now that more than 100 previously redacted names on a long-settled suit against Maxwell from fellow accuser Virginia Giuffre have been made public.

To that, the woman who claims she was assaulted, raped, and trafficked 'countless times' over the course of a three year period replied: 'I think that you know one of the pieces that we really haven't heard a lot about in the media, is what the impact of this all is on survivors.'

'I think that, you know, all of us who have come forward and told our stories, it's taken a lot- you know... it takes a lot for someone to talk about the worst things that ever happened to them,' she continued.

Sueing a federal agency is really just sueing the American people.

If they were just minors in the international blackmail ring, then of course their names should be redacted.

But if they were willing adults in the criminal enterprise, I don’t see how they should expect to be sheltered from identification.

Hmmm? If the President of the United States does NOT have immunity from civil or criminal actions for official acts committed while in office, then NOBODY in ANY AGENCY under the Executive Branch has immunity for anything ever.

THEIR RULES

Stein was a sophisticated New Yorker woman in her 20s when she started swinging?

“In 1992, when Stein was a teenager attending Fashion Institute of Technology, she began interning at the now-defunct Henri Bendel department store.”

“About two years into the job, when she was 21, Maxwell approached her, according to the criminal complaint.
As Maxwell shopped, she allegedly claimed that her colleague was close friends with Les Wexner, former CEO of Victoria’s Secret, whose retailing and marketing conglomerate once owned Henri Bendel.

The complaint states that Maxwell later asked Stein to deliver her purchases to the St. Regis on Fifth Avenue. There, the concierge directed her to the bar, where Maxwell and Epstein were drinking.” “They allegedly began kissing and touching each other before asking if Stein had ever participated in a threesome.
‘Maxwell then encouraged [Stein] to join them and assured her ‘it would be fun,’ the complaint reads.”
“”

“In 1994, Stein was asked to be an assistant manager at Henri Bendel, but she declined the role to focus on her schooling.”Stein took a job at Bloomingdale’s after graduation. But Maxwell allegedly came in a few months later and ‘befriended’ her again.”

In the fall of 1995, Maxwell invited Stein over to Epstein’s home for a dinner party, where Stein was brought to a room with a massage table. According to the complaint, she was made to ‘engage in sexual acts with others in the room.’

Oh noze! Then it’s obvious we should just leave the corrupt politicians and Federal Agencies alone - for the common good - riiight?

I think it would be a proper use of taxpayer funds to clean them all out.

Thanks. Presuming she continued beyond her first “victimization”, I don’t see any basis for her protestations now.

Surely everyone has to start running the sex gauntlet that starts around age 13, for the boys it is the homosexuals that start hitting on them and for the girls who developed breasts early they face their challenges, and for pretty girls they really start facing it when they hit about 15, not just with the seniors and boys in school but the adult men in the park who give them business cards with claims they are model photographers.

By the time a NYC girl in her 20s has been around the fashion world for a few years, seems to have a shack-up boyfriend, has responsible jobs at glamorous stores and NYC nightclubs and college dating, and whatever people do in their wild 20s, she was fully grown.

Agreed. She likely first sold herself to get into modeling at all.

The “retraumatizing” documents are not being published by the media.

No woman trying to get on with her life wants to be famous for being an “Epstein girl”.
