Puns aside for once, Uranus and Neptune are both fascinating “ice giants” about which little is yet understood. Both bear signs of some disturbance to the solar system that likely produced the Late Heavy Bombardment era which left so many craters on the planets in the inner solar system, and possibly gave earth its oceans. Whatever happened tilted Uranus on its side and left Neptune with a giant moon in a retrograde orbit.
