All of this flows from the hippie “sexual revolution”. Marriage bad, shacking up and otherwise screwing good.
Make no mistake. Our homosexual and now even transexual problem all stems from this emphasis on sex and how important it is for your gratification, regardless of how that my be accomplished.
To listen to some of these people we are supposed to have sex with any number of Partners , any gender of Partners, we all have a gay side to us, and among the most special of all are people who are having the so-called sex change operations.
It’s another unnatural practice that will lead to misery and broken lives, like feminism. Ultimately, your grandmother’s advice is being vindicated.

But neither does pedo, gay, queer, trans, and other forms of sexual deviancy.
Not being good for society does not seem to have much of an impact on these ideas.
I know one girl (daughter of friends) who is in a “throuple”. It is very clear that this is a couple plus one extra person. This girl is the extra. She will be discarded but doesn’t seem to realize it. She is actually trying to become pregnant. Which means that she will be a lonely single mother before she knows it. Oh, and she is “non-binary” too.

Progress is achieved by eliminating all the rules and binding custom that restricts total freedom. Sexual freedom resulting from elimination of all laws and customs is high on the list of things progressive.
There must be massive progressive death before there can be any semblance of return to thousands of years of cultural evolution

Exactly. Polyamory is great when it's some "empowered" corpulent hambeast and her four soyboy lovers. Not good when it's some Chad with his harem of hotties.

This is usually 3 simps sharing a tatted up obese feminist; so you can see who is floating this trial balloon lifestyle. Its never one man with mutiple women, which does not follow their narrative. Its also once again a way for gyno centricism to gaslight society into allowing women to not be accountable and share resources of multiple men; which is the motivation in all policy areas today (welfare, education, workplace, healthcare, etc.)
There’s a lot more of this going on than most people realize. We know of 2 “throuples” ourselves.
Part of it is because single men, and I use the term very loosely, aren’t worth a tinkers damn these days. They have no idea how to treat a lady and they don’t care to learn. None of them know how to be men, let alone how to be a gentleman.
Open a door? Pull out a chair? Help with a coat? Forget about it.
Then there is the state of the economy to be considered. It’s much easier for 3 people to afford a house, share expenses, and the like.
So it’s no wonder that “alternative lifestyles” are on the rise.
