This seems an easy thing to test with your kids.

Caffeine causes bedwetting, who knew? Sorry, considering the amount of caffeine I get and have gotten for years, as and since being a kid, I must be the exception.

C’mon people. This is a trial balloon to restrict and eventually outlaw caffeine. They’re already saying coffee is racist and White Supremacy. And when they get called on it, they’re going to “pull back” on the studies but the Overton Window has been moved and they’ll bring up at a later date.

Who the heck is giving caffeine to kids?!?! I realize once your TEENS are out into the world anything goes and SO MUCH MORE is out of your hands, but never in my WILDEST DREAMS would I have allowed coffee or soda for my kids under 15!
They’re NUTS ENOUGH as it is, LOL!

Well, yeah.
Caffeine is a super diuretic.
I love coffee but I got to go a lot after.

I also thought caffeine was a diuretic, but it doesn’t actually dehydrate a person from what I’ve read. However, it is a bladder irritant and can make one feel as though he needs to visit a bathroom quickly and often until the irritation passes. Other irritants are artificial sweeteners, fruit juices and even tomatoes.

Why are people giving their kids caffeine?
They are young and do not need the energy boost.

Yep. Oldest Son at fifteen is the only one who gets anything caffeinated. He has a morning cup of tea on the weekends.
