I’m really surprised that the MFL didn’t divide America into THREE separate nations by having Mayorkass sing the Illegal Alien “National Anthem” at their Super Bowl.

Each alien might be given a cell phone, required to wave it at law enforcement officers, show it to them upon request, and to not leave home without it being charged to at least 80%.

If a phone is charged to less than 50%, there might be a $10 fine for each percent less than 50%. If the outstanding fines go above $1000, the alien should be deemed to have abandoned his asylum claim.

You didn’t wave your phone, Jose.

¡Aqui!

With income tax, if you don’t report your income, file a return, etc., you can be imprisoned.

WIKI

In English criminal law, a disorderly house is a house in which the conduct of its inhabitants is such as to become a public nuisance, or outrages public decency, or tends to corrupt or deprave, or injures the public interest; or a house where persons congregate to the probable disturbance of the public peace or other commission of crime. To persistently or habitually keep a disorderly house is an offence against the common law, punishable by fine or imprisonment.

Brothel-keeping can, however, also be charged as “Keeping a Disorderly House” (contrary to the common law rather than any written statute), and is then punishable by an unlimited fine, and unlimited imprisonment.

The “operator” of a crack house or opium den can also be charged with keeping a disorderly house, as can the owner/operator of an illegal gambling establishment, as well as the owner of a speakeasy, “blind tiger”, or “boozecan” (illegal bar or pub). Modern vice laws, regulating such things as drinking, gambling, dancing, and drugs, have resulted in calls for the offence of keeping a disorderly house to be abolished.

“at suits at common law...no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States than according to the rules of the common law.”

“Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas likes to tell us that illegal migrants are carefully vetted before being released into our communities, but that’s just not true.”

Why don’t our invaders build gated communities back home and use such vetting to keep out the bad people?

Illegals can be asked where they went to school and who their teachers and school friends were.

They can be asked to say if Google Streetview and other images (or names of things) are of their schools, their area or not.

They can be asked to pick out their national flag, their national anthem, national leaders, cities in their country, etc.

They can be asked to give the names and physical & e-mail addresses of their relatives and friends.

They can be asked for their social media account info.
