A new poll released by Quinnipiac has President Biden leading a head-to-head matchup with former President Donald Trump by four points.
In the latest poll, Biden leads Trump, earning 49% of the hypothetical vote compared to 45% for Trump. The poll targeted 1,421 registered voters nationwide and had a margin of error at 2.6 percentage points, meaning that Biden's lead falls outside of the margin. When the poll added hypothetical third party candidates, Biden's lead fell to just one point, with the President earning 38 percent of the vote, compared to 37 percent for Trump and 15 percent for independent candidate RFK Jr.
49 percent of voters believe President Biden is ethical, compared to 47 percent who answered no. When asked about Trump, just 28 percent believe he is ethical and 68 percent believe he is not.
In the same poll, 49 percent of respondents said that President Biden has the temperament to effectively serve as President of the United States compared to just 37 percent of respondents who answered in the affirmative for Donald Trump.

The internals were 1421 registered voters polled with 44% Democrat, 40.5% GOP and 15.5% independents.
Quinnipiac is a notoriously left-wing pollster; probably the worst. Nevertheless, I read the poll just to see how they arrived at their conclusions. A few things jumped out at me. They have Trump down to Biden head to head, 49-45. They had it 3 weeks ago at 50-44 Biden. So Trump is gaining.
What I found interesting was in a 5-way race, Trump only trailed Biden by one point, 38-37, whereas 3 weeks ago he was down 39-37.
Quinnipiac has Haley beating Biden head-to-head 46-43. Yet when Haley is dropped into the 5-way poll, it’s Biden 35, Haley 27, RFK, Jr. 24. I found that fascinating. RFK, Jr. is taking way more voters from Haley than Biden. Haley voters aren’t voting for Haley, they’re voting against Biden. Given an alternative, they dump Haley, and choose RFK, Jr. Trump voters, on the other hand, are voting for Trump.
The poll is clearly propaganda, which can be observed by the questions. “As you may know, former President Donald Trump recently said if re-elected he would not protect NATO allies who do not meet their NATO spending targets and he would encourage Russia to do whatever they want against those NATO allies. Do you think this is a good idea or a bad idea?”
The question, “As you may know, President Biden recently unilaterally cancelled $1.2 billion in unpaid student loans ignoring a recent ruling by the Supreme Court on the issue. Do you agree or disagree with the President?” is absent, of course.
Judging by the outcome and splits of this poll, Quinnipiac must only poll suburbanites, people with college degrees, and other elites. The fact Trump is only down 1 point is a very good sign for Trump.

it is ok to have outliers, there are outliers that tilt towards Trump also. That is why it is important to only look at the average of all polls including the outliers.
Trump is running on average about 10 points better this time against Biden than the last time, and most importantly in the battlegrounds.
It is a Quinnipiac poll which I know is garbage.
Their polls are total crap. In the 2018 FL governor when most of the polls were showing DeSantis either slightly leading or slightly behind, Quinnipiac had Gillum up by seven points.

Two: wha what
Three: is that one
Do you support President Biden on these three main points?”
