It is the second day of The Mark Steyn Caribbean Cruise, and we have just departed the Bahamas to sail for Jamaica. I am often accused of having a bias toward His Majesty's Dominions, so I thought, rather than a song from the British West Indies, I would offer one from Mexico, where we shall be arriving later this week.
