All the ballots will be prefilled out and ready to be counted for the dem candidate. Same thing happens in big cities, do you actually think the AA population votes 90% dem?, the dem overseers vote for them so they don’t have to take time to actually stand in line to vote, how many precincts have vote tallies with 120% of registered voters.
It will be interesting to see how they spend(waste) that money.
